巨型漏洞经典影评； 三星半，布鲁克斯倒有几分鬼才，想出了一个好点子，只可惜笑料实在太傻逼，照顾不了高笑点人群。同样是自编自导自演，和后来的《丑态百出》有好一段差距，计划中的第二部也就此流产。
作者借三位男主角的遭遇悲观地认为在当今的香港生活，出国留学会接受先进思想难以忍受现状，文化工作者如琥珀般困在牢笼走不出来，机会主义拜金者又可能为情所困陷入迷惘
